The barcodes in Barcodes and More are bitmapped, and not scalable, which means that their size cannot change. However, you can stack barcodes vertically on top of each other to create a taller barcode. One simple way is to place a barcode, then move the cursor down, and then place another identical barcode. For example:
where <cr> and <lf> are Carriage Return and Line Feed characters, and <esc> is the escape character, will paint a barcode roughly 2x as high as a single barcode.
