Ethernet Secure Checkbox troubleshooting basics

  • Power down the printer, then remove power from the Ethernet Checkbox. Then power the Ethernet CheckBox and printer. Wait for the printer to come to a "Ready" state, and confirm that the Status LED is solid green
  • Print from your application
  • If you are still missing your secure resources, submit a ticket to our support staff make sure to give the TH control number indicated on your Secure Card.
