Ethernet Secure CheckBox Troubleshooting Basics

  • Remove the card from the Ethernet CheckBox.
  • Remove power from the Ethernet Checkbox.
  • Power down the printer. Wait about 30 seconds.
  • Power up the Ethernet CheckBox and printer. Wait for the printer to come to a "Ready" state, and confirm that the Status LED is solid green.
  • Insert the card into CheckBox.
  • Print from your application
  • If you are still missing your secure resources, then submit a request for a ticket and make sure to give the TH control number indicated on your Secure Card.
