How do I test my BarCodeJet?

• Print the BarCodeJet Test Page using our DirectPrint utility, both of which are linked at the bottom of this post

• Compare to the reference output:

If you do not get the same results as the above reference, or if you are experiencing other issues, print a configuration page from the control panel of the printer, submit a ticket to our support staff, and attach the configuration page to the support ticket.

If you are using Windows XP or older please use DirectPrintXP.exe
