If you have inserted a card into a parallel Checkbox base unit, and see a letter where a signature or logo should be, it indicates that the resources were not uploaded to the printer. Make sure to first follow the steps outlined here. If you still aren't getting the right output, then insert the card into the base unit, and watch the data light on the printer for any activity. Then print a PCL font list from the control panel of the printer, open a support ticket and attach the font list to the ticket.
